This weeks blog is about the upcoming 42 day Transformation programme.
This will mark the third time we have opened up this results based plan to members and non members.
Over the years we have worked with countless clients and had some amazing results in weight loss, confidence building, body building, sports proformance etc.
The last two 42 day Transformation programmes set the bar at a new level! The results were great and can only get better as we add more parts to this ever evolving programme.

Am I fit enough??
YES! The plan is tailored to each individual….this is why we only take on 10 people at a time.
How will I know what to eat??
At the start of the plan we take a body mass analysis (BMA) to take down some statistics. One of these stats is your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) this will help give us a calorie intake to work towards. We will also write up a food plan to follow for the full 42 days….. taking into account any allergies, intolerance, vegetarian diet, vegan diet and of course what you do like and what you don’t.
How can I keep track of everything??
We keep track of your training and have an individual plan to work at throughout. We also keep track of the BMA for you and we have a private Facebook group to chat and voice any wins or struggles.
