Adam Jones

With over 15 years of experience within the fitness industry Adam has developed great connections with leading fitness businesses allowing him to apply current fitness trends to the members of Everybody’s Gym. Adam is a keen weight lifter and likes to challenge himself by getting involved with team events such as Triathlons, Half marathons and obstacle course runs

Liam Thirkell

Liam is a keen football player winning the PFA challenge cup at the age of 17 and has won various trophies since. He has a great skill for sport specific training with any age group and body transformation goals. Liam is a Level 3 Personal Trainer who is very approachable and ready to help you achieve your goals!

Gillian Jones

Looking after the cleanliness and hygiene of the gym

Hamish Waine

Hamish is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor who is a very good all round athlete, a rugby player and has a background in strength and conditioning.
