Liam is a keen football player winning PFA challenge cup at the age of 17 and won various trophies since. He has a great skill for sport specific training with any age group and Body transformation goals. Liam is level 2 Trainer and an Exclusive trainer, very approachable and ready to help you achieve your goals.

A long track record of helping members look at their training and eating habits differently , Sally has a history of competitive training and well being exercise. She always has your goals at heart and her input into your exercise and well being are her forte’.

Joe is a great power lifter and plays Hockey for Spalding. His natural knowledge and encouraging attitude transcends into his goal orienteering for his personal one to one clients. He is a fully qualified personal instructor that will give you 110% if you give him 100%. A protege’ of our scholarship and apprentice scheme Guy has risen through the ranks to his position today in record time. Guy has a history with competitive local sports clubs and really applies his Level 3 personal trainer and nutritional qualification expertly. Guy has completed his Level 3 Leisure management apprentice course.

With over 15 years of experience within the fitness industry Adam has developed great connections with leading fitness enterprises allowing him to apply on trend services and facilities directly to the members of Everybody’s Gym. Adam is a keen weight lifter and likes to push himself by getting involved with team events such as Triathlons, Half marathons and mud runs. He is also passionate about challenging himself and the members of Everybody’s Gym to improve their physical fitness and wellbeing, to provide you with the best possible experience here.
